Tributes to Malcolm Hulme
Onchan ratepayers owe a debt of gratitude to one of its former clerks, an ex board member believes.
Malcolm Hulme was chief executive of the local authority from 2007 until his retirement 17 months ago.
And one-time chairman Brian Stowell says he was instrumental in introducing efficiencies in the district.
He has described Mr Hulme, who passed away on Saturday after a short illness, as someone who was dedicated to Onchan.
