Climate Change Coalition calls for immediate action
Climate change legislation is needed immediately, not in the next year.
That's the view of Andrew Newton from the Climate Change Coalition, who was speaking on this week's Perspective.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle has vowed to bring a Climate Change Bill before Tynwald in the next legislative year.
However, with the Manx Government now admitting the climate change issue is an emergency, Mr Newton says this isn't soon enough.
