80% cut in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050
The environment minister is calling on businesses and individuals alike to work with his department to try and achieve new climate change targets.
Tynwald approved the strategy last week, and Richard Ronan is keen to get the ball rolling as soon as possible.
The aim is to reach an 80% cut in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
The ambition is long-term, but will be broken down into a series of five-year plans.
