Alfred Cannan tweets New Year message
The chief minister believes there will be better times ahead.
In a tweet wishing people across the Island well for 2023, Alfred Cannan says it will be a tough start to this year, but opportunities are on the way.
Mr Cannan says "The past three years have brought about unprecedented challenges - but we have proven our resilience & strength of community."
