Royal Assent expected for Equaliy Bill in the summer
The Chief Minister says the message over the equality legislation, being brought into the Island shortly, is "make sure you are ready".
A specialist law firm from the Island has described " earth shattering" implications for Island employers on the way with the new regulations.
They are due to come into force after Royal Assent is given. That's expected to be in the summer.
