No further action to be taken
Police have confirmed they've conducted an investigation into the chief minister's visit to Hospice following complaints from the public.
Officers say Howard Quayle did not breach restrictions after attending an event at the facility last week - less than 10 days after returning from a visit to Northern Ireland.
The constabulary says the management team at the charity gave Mr Quayle permission to attend and had made 'various provisions' for his visit.
Following consultation with the Attorney General's Chambers no further action will be taken.
