Fifth call of its kind since schools shut
A group of children have escaped unharmed after getting into difficulty off the coast of Douglas.
Emergency services were called shortly before 2pm today.
The youngsters, who had been swimming off the Peveril steps in Douglas, managed to get out of the water unaided as help arrived.
Douglas Coastguard says it's the fifth call of its kind since schools broke up for summer last Friday.
They've issued a warning: if you get into difficulty, you 'don't get another life' as you might in a video game.
