Man suffered dislocated knee on Peel to St John's railway line
Coastguard crews were called out after a worker slipped and dislocated his knee on the Peel to St John's railway line.
Peel Coastguard was paged to assist paramedics with the medivac shortly before 3pm yesterday.
The man was taken to an ambulance before heading to hospital for further treatment.
The coastguard was stood down at 4pm.
