Last week the infrastructure minister declared her intention to reinstate the service
A group of residents hoping to get a bus service reinstated to Cregneash and The Sound is hosting a coffee morning today.
Last week, Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood confirmed she had members of her team looking at options to get the service back.
It was removed last year because of financial reasons.
The coffee morning is scheduled from 11am at the Methodist Hall in Port Erin.
