Fire extinguished by staff
Fire officers say a small blaze at Noa Bakehouse in Douglas yesterday (Wed) was caused by a fault in the extraction system for the coffee roaster.
Crews were called out around lunchtime on Wednesday, but staff at the bakehouse had extinguished the flames before they arrived.
Power to the extraction system was isolated and an engineer called to check out the appliance.
