Tomorrow's closure to go ahead as planned
The highway contractor undertaking works on Richmond Hill has apologised for the delays it has caused to motorists.
Colas, which is resurfacing the section of the New Castletown Road, is waiting on an engineer to fix its white line removal machine, after it broke down earlier today (8 Aug).
