Contractor setting up roadworks
The contractor carrying out work on Richmond Hill over the next ten days or so says it's in the process of setting things up and the scheme is going ahead.
There has been confusion about what's happening with the scheme, particularly as some separate work due to be carried out at night has been put on hold.
The situation hasn't been helped by the fact Isle of Man Transport last night Tweeted to say the daytime work had been postponed and buses would be running as normal.
Colas says it's staff are out setting things up this morning and a closure could be in place later today, but definitely by tomorrow morning.
The stretch, from the bottom of the hill to Mount Murray, will be shut daily between 9.15am and 4.30pm, until Friday next week.
