Sector learns from Blackpool
Collaborative tourism initiatives to promote the Manx offering is key to growth in the industry, according to a head of marketing for a number of Blackpool attractions.
'Discover your Island' was the theme for the latest Manx Hospitality Day - hosted by the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce recently.
Speakers voiced suggested marketing could be improved by making greater use of social media - with organisations working together to strengthen their messages.
