Former health minister was made to apologise to Tynwald
The recently dismissed Health and Social Care Minister says the comment he believes he's being 'raked over the coals for' was taken out of context.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister apologised to Tynwald last week after an investigation found he displayed 'inappropriate conduct'.
Despite his apology, Mr Callister says the civil servants didn't follow official procedures with their complaints:
