Woman not unfairly singled out
The chairman of German Commissioners says the local authority’s hand was forced when it tackled a woman for feeding seagulls.
A decision to start legal action against the 81 year old has caused outrage on Facebook, with accusations of heavy-handedness online.
But John Kennaugh says the commissioners were responding to complaints from other people living nearby who’d had to put up with the nuisance birds.
