Now due to go to General Gaol later this month
Committal proceedings in the case against four men accused of being concerned in the production of drugs to the Isle of Man have been delayed.
Daniel Graham Moody, of Meadowfield Close in Merseyside, and James Spotswood, of Townsend Street in Birkenhead, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 35-year-olds were joined in the dock by 23-year-old Matthew James Woods of Saddle Road in Douglas.
Leroy Stephen Mcharrie, who is 23 and from Nursey Avenue in Onchan, also appeared via live link.
All four have been charged with producing cocaine and cannabis to the Island on or about 6 June last year.
The case is now due to be elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 27 June instead – there was no application for bail and all four were further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
