39-year-old's case going to General Gaol Delivery
An Onchan man accused of aggravated burglary has been committed to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Gavin William Patterson, of First Avenue, is accused of carrying out the offence at Royal Court on 29 October last year.
He’s also been charged with possessing heroin and cannabis on the same date.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next appearance before the higher court.
