31-year-old denies having sex with teenager
Committal proceedings against a Douglas man accused of having sex with a teenage girl have taken place.
Daniel William Kelly, of no fixed abode, will stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
He denies having unlawful sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old on 25 March.
There was no application for bail and the 31-year-old will be remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next court appearance on a date to be set.
