33-year-old charged with eight offences
Committal proceedings against a Sulby man accused of making indecent photographs of children have taken place.
John Peter Eaton’s case has been elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
The 33-year-old, of Kella Road, denies seven offences of creating 10 still and moving images between February 2013 and October 2021.
He’s also been charged with inciting or procuring a person under the age of 16 to commit gross indecency between the same dates.
Bail was granted until his appearance before the higher court in due course.
