Cannan says measures will buy time to understand Omicron variant
The chief minister says the community 'must work together' over new Covid-19 measures.
New rules came in this morning (30 November) following the discovery of the new Omicron variant in the United Kingdom.
Alfred Cannan was questioned on the new rules, for the Isle of Man, by MHK's in the House of Keys today.
He says no Omicron cases have been detected on Island yet and that the changes are 'proportionate':
