Seven firms guilty of 19 offences
Seven Island companies have been fined a total of £2,150 for failing to pay National Insurance contributions on time.
Buck Recycling, Peter Norris Music, Matrix Consultancy Management, Bricktech Builders, Manx Curry Club, The Window and Door Centre and Fairy Tails were prosecuted at Douglas Magistrates Court this week for a total of 19 offences.
They were each ordered to pay £125 costs.
Also in court this week were five people who were fined for failing to submit their personal income tax returns – they were fined a total of £2,250.
