Cope confirms she sees all response correspondence
Manx Care’s complaints process needs to be improved and ‘strengthened’.
That’s according to the chief executive who says it’s taking longer than it should to respond to some patient’s correspondence.
Teresa Cope says issues have to be taken seriously.
She’d told Manx Radio that there is a plan in place to strengthen the system and learn from previous mistakes:
