Two bags of waste were found among the cartons
Bags of household rubbish have been dumped into Isle of Man Creamery's carton re-cycling bin at Tesco.
Two bags of waste were found among the cartons when the bin was emptied, raising concerns over cross-contamination with general waste.
The carton re-cycling scheme is fully funded by the Creamery, which enables people to re-cycle any cartons free of charge at various points around the Island.
Creamery Managing Director Findlay Macleod says incidents like the one at the Tesco site are fortunately quite rare.
