One volunteer describes recent reactions as 'heartbreaking'
There's a worry recent developments around marshalling for Island racing in 2022 is affecting marshal confidence, and possibly numbers.
It comes following the dismissal of a chief sector marshal last week who posted supposedly 'critical comments' on social media about changes to the 2022 MGP.
There's a feeling among some volunteers that those events may have affected morale in those planning to help at this year's racing.
This marshal - who wished to remain nameless - says some of the reaction to the situation has been 'heartbreaking':
