National Festival of Remembrance taking place at the Villa Marina tonight
A concert to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Britain is to be held at the Villa Marina today (14 November).
The National Festival of Remembrance Concert will be held at the Royal Hall, starting at 7pm till late.
There will be a brass band, choir and soloist, ending with a traditional drum head service.
Organiser, Garff MHK Andrew Smith says the event is open to all.
