Organisers say yesterday's Prepare to Care conference at the Villa Marina was a great success - and highlighted the important role carers play in society
It had been billed as one of the largest conferences ever held on the work of carers and was hosted by Crossroads Care with sponsorship from Celton Manx.
People from many walks of life, some with experience of caring, spent the afternoon listening to experts talk on the subject.
