LegCo turns attention back to amendments
Members of the Legislative Council will return to the Assisted Dying Bill this morning (25 March) to look at amendments they asked for, but which were rejected by the House of Keys.
In addition is an amendment to one of the Keys amendments.
It is on who should be present, if anyone, when a death takes place.
The MHK who brought the Bill forward in the Keys, Dr Alex Allinson, says if LegCo members disagree, there is the option of discussions between the two branches:
