Three senior Tynwald members in Manchester for Tory conference
The infrastructure minister believes the Manx presence at the Conservative party conference can help strengthen political relationships.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle, Treasury chief Alf Cannan and Ray Harmer are all in Manchester for the event.
One of the main topics being discussed at the coference is Brexit.
