Tynwald to debate proposals in June
A consultation is seeking views from the public on plans to modernise the Island's rates system.
The government is aiming to change the way rates are calculated, switching to a format based on the size of a property rather than historic rental values.
The eight-week consultation period starts today, with the results to be published ahead of a Tynwald debate in June.
