Matter to be considered during employment reforms
People on the Isle of Man are being encouraged to share their views about holiday entitlement.
A proposal to bring the Island into line with the United Kingdom will be included in a new consultation which is being launched ahead of planned reforms to employment law.
At present statutory leave amounts to four weeks or, in most cases, 20 days; in the UK the standard is 28 days.
