Health, communication and alcohol contributed to the increase
Consumer inflation rose again last month by 0.3 percent bringing the overall rate at which prices are rising to three percent.
Restaurants and hotels saw the largest increase, rising by 8.7 percent in comparison to 12 months prior.
Education was the second highest, having risen by 6.5 percent, but pre-school fees contributed the most to this increase with a spike of 12.7 percent.
Tea, driving lessons, window cleaning and bacon are some of the largest movers over the past year.
However, multivitamin tablets, gas and bread eased the rise, after they saw decreases in the 12 months to June.
Over a one month period, transport saw the biggest rise by 3.4 percent, followed by restaurants and hotels with a 2.6 percent increase.
Meanwhile, clothing and footwear experienced deflation by 0.6 percent.
