MNH building needs repair, maintenance and decorative work
Contractors are being asked to submit expressions of interest to take on construction work at Niarbyl Bay Café.
It involves repair, maintenance and decorative finishes to the inside and outside of the building.
This includes fixing issues with the roof, clearance of old furniture and equipment, joinery, electrical maintenance and deep cleaning.
Anyone interested is being asked to contact Manx National Heritage.
The most recent tenancy for the café, which is managed by MNH, ended in early 2023.
