Fibre network now accessed by 85% of Island
Copper broadband will only be removed from a property upon the request of the residents.
That's according to the Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston who was asked about Manx Telecom's fibre broadband rollout in Tynwald this week.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse raised concerns that the switchover would leave some residents without service.
But Mr Johnston says that isn't the case:
