Government statistician says measures seem to be working
A key figure in the government's statistical modelling team says the figures would seem to indicate measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are working.

Meanwhile, two more coronavirus-related deaths in the Isle of Man were confirmed yesterday - one in Noble's Hospital and one in the community, with the latter being another Abbotswood nursing home resident.
It brings the total number of deaths here up to 18, with five of those in hospital and 13 in the community - all of the community ones have been Abbotswood residents.
One new case was confirmed yesterday, the first since Tuesday, taking the total up to 308.
