Differences between department and treasury
The final cost of the new Castle Rushen High School is still under discussion.
Education Minister Graham Cregeen says they are coming to the end of the design phase, but the final budget is still unknown.
It seems there is a difference between what the department wants and what Treasury is willing to offer.
