Chief Minister not ruling out changes to Department of Home Affairs
The Chief Minister says a close look at the future format of the Department of Home Affairs is just part of the assessing of costs right across government.
Howard Quayle adds that he has given ground in the face of the desires of Tynwald members, in certain regards.
An update on Tynwald's commitment to introduce a minister responsible for justice was sought at this month's sitting.
Mr Quayle's comments followed a question by former Home Affairs Minister, Juan Watterson, as to the future of that Department:
