MHK announced her resignation after nine years representing Douglas South
An MHK who is stepping down from the House of Keys says she's disappointed she didn't achieve more during her time as a politician.
Douglas South member Kate Costain announced her resignation last night, ending her nine-year stint representing the constituency.
She admits she had intended to step down earlier this year, but stayed on due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Miss Costain says she went into the role to change the system, aiming to make politics more transparent and open:
