MHK announced her resignation after nine years representing Douglas South
An MHK who is stepping down from the House of Keys says she's disappointed she didn't achieve more during her time as a politician.
Douglas South member Kate Costain announced her resignation last night, ending her nine-year stint representing the constituency.
