Commissioners and tenant reach agreement
A popular cafe in the south of the Isle of Man will open this summer after all.
The people who run the Cosy Nook in Port Erin say they should be ready to welcome customers by this coming weekend.
Last month, they had been reluctant to open after saying the roof had been deemed unsafe by a structural engineer.
The landlord, Port Erin Commissioners, then pledged to carry out remedial work.
A post on the cafe's Facebook page says hopefully the recent problems are behind them and the commissioners have assured them everything is okay.
