Principles to be debated by Tynwald
Establishing a government database containing Islanders’ personal information may move a step closer this week.
Provisional plans for a single resident record are being brought to Tynwald by Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas.
He says if the principles are supported, measures will be put in place to protect the data contained within it.
