Possibility of sunniest, driest April ever
We could be looking at a record-breaking month of weather this April.
A period of high pressure has seen 193 hours of sunshine already, well above the April average of 170, with six days still to go.
The sunniest on record was 2007, with 231 hours of sunshine, so that could yet be beaten.
