Time to capitalise on 'staycation' boom - TravelWatch
The UK's vote to leave the European Union could see fresh opportunities presented to the Island's tourism board in 2017.
Aviation spokesman at TravelWatch Terry Liddiard believes a boost in so-called 'staycation' holidays in the sterling zone could see more visitors flock to Manx shores.
He says the biggest untapped market in terms of tourism is currently the south east of England.
However, Mr Liddiard is worried we may miss out.
