Comments are being heard says Council leader

That's the message from Douglas Council to residents concerned about the disabled parking charges.
The local authority took control of the Chester Street and Drumgold Street sites at the start of this month.
Badge holders previously used the facilities free of charge and many have voiced their displeasure at the move.
