Concerns over fast food outlet plans
The leader of Douglas Borough Council says it seems many people share his views on the traffic issues which could be caused by allowing more fast food outlets on Peel Road.
Plans for a KFC and a Starbucks on the former Eurocars garage site are currently under consideration.
Council Leader David Christian has expressed concerns about those plans being approved, considering how congested the road already gets around McDonalds at certain times.
He says he didn't expect the response he received:
