Claims double the amount was made
Douglas Council made double the amount reported by the department of infrastructure in its final year operating the horse trams.
Earlier this month, Infrastructure boss Ray Harmer revealed improved performance figures - but it's now being claimed these weren't accurate.
Mr Harmer told the Tynwald the historic horse tramway made just under £58,000 in 2015, but the local authority claims the correct income figure for that year was £117,279.
Additionally, Douglas Council also says the service carried more than 2,200 passengers more than was stated in the court.
Current MHK and former councillor David Ashford did query if all costs, including marketing and maintenance, were charged to the horse trams and Minister Harmer said he would look into this.
