Adam Henson to meet with farmers, too
A presenter of the popular BBC programme Countryfile will be the celebrity guest at the 2018 Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival.
Adam Henson
The event, in its tenth year, will take place on Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 September.
Mr Henson will be there for the Saturday, giving a talk about his life and work, and will meet with local farmers the previous day.
From a farming family, Adam Henson has plenty of experience in the agricultural industry - he runs a large farm and specialises in rare breeds.
That has included Manx Loaghtans in the past.
Mr Henson has also visited the Island on previous occasions, filming for Countryfile and Lambing Live.
He says he's looking forward to coming back here and has praised the changing topography and diversity of farming, saying it is extraordinary for such a small island.
