Police now able to issue fixed penalty notices
One person is appearing in court this morning after allegedly ignoring warnings not to associate with those from other households.
Police confirmed the person will appear via live video link.
It follows a number of previous cases which have seen locals jailed for ignoring the government's social distancing measures.
Officers have now been given the powers to issue fixed penalty notices to those found to be in breach of the rules.
