Director of Nursing says inspectors must put findings into context
A director at Manx Care says inspections at the Island's healthcare facilities have been 'lacking' when it comes to the perception of risk.
The Care Quality Commission began inspecting Manx Care's sites last year, raising a number of concerns around patient safety and staff culture.
Director of Nursing Paul Moore says the healthcare provider can learn from the CQC's findings.
But, he says it's important not to take the risk out of context:
