Police are calling for respect to be shown to the victims of a fatal car crash in Laxey yesterday.
Three people died and one other is in a critical condition in hospital, after a car collided with the bus stop near Fairy Cottage.
The incident saw roads in the village closed for more than five hours as emergency services responded.
There was also a considerable backlog at Noble's Hospital A&E department.
Inspector Andy Kneen is now asking users of social media not speculate on either the cause of the crash, or the identity of those involved:
