Lack of space challenging for artists says Villa Gaiety head
Creative businesses have a hard time finding shop space on the Island due to a lack of available facilities.
That's from the head of the Villa Gaiety and the Arts as tenants are sought for five units in the Villa Marina Arcade.
The ongoing roadworks on Douglas promenade will create a 'Cultural Quarter' alongside the Villa Gaiety complex.
Applications to rent the available units are being accepted until 12 March. You can find more information here.
